2. Quotes & Bookings
All quotes provided by City Estate Window Cleaning Ltd are estimates based on the information available at the time of inquiry. Final service charges may vary if the scope of work changes or if unforeseen conditions are encountered on site. Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of a deposit or explicit agreement in writing, typically via email. We reserve the right to revise quotes if initial assessment information was inaccurate.
3. Payment Terms
Payment for services rendered is due upon completion of the service, unless otherwise specified in an agreed-upon contract. For commercial clients, payment terms are typically 7 calendar days from the invoice date. Accepted payment methods will be clearly stated on your invoice. Late payments may incur additional charges as outlined by current UK legislation.
4. Cancellation Policy
Clients are required to provide a minimum of 48 hours' notice for any cancellation or rescheduling of a confirmed service booking. Cancellations received with less than 48 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the quoted service cost. This policy ensures fair allocation of our teams and resources.
5. Access
It is the Client's responsibility to ensure safe and clear access to the property and all areas requiring service on the scheduled date. This includes ensuring windows are accessible, gates are unlocked, and any pets are secured. Failure to provide adequate access may result in cancellation with a short-notice fee or additional charges for time lost.
6. Satisfaction Guarantee & Complaints
City Estate Window Cleaning Ltd is committed to delivering exceptional results. If you are not completely satisfied with our service, please notify us within 24 hours of completion. We will promptly investigate the issue and, if necessary, re-attend to rectify any shortcomings at no additional charge. This guarantee excludes issues beyond our control, such as sudden weather changes.
7. Liability
While City Estate Window Cleaning Ltd takes utmost care, our liability for any damage to property arising from our services is limited to the value of the service provided, and is subject to our insurance policy terms. We carry comprehensive public liability insurance. Clients must report any alleged damage immediately upon discovery. We are not liable for pre-existing damage or damage not directly caused by our operatives' negligence.
8. Website Use
